Please take note that ICBMR has a strict policy on No-Show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, at least one of the authors or a representative MUST PRESENT their paper online at the conference or by recording a full paper presentation. Please notify the committee at least two weeks before the conference day for this matter.
Papers with NO SHOW participants will not be submitted and proposed to the ICBMR proceedings or partner journals. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the NO SHOW author(s). Such papers will be archived by ICBMR but will not be indexed or appear in any ICBMR publication.
ICBMR balances the interests of a high quality conference with fairness towards the authors and audience members. Therefore, ICBMR must apply this policy, and reserves the right to preclude authors who do not present their papers at the conference from having their papers published in any ICBMR publication.
